President Donald Trump’s campaign said that media organizations are spreading false narratives about Trump’s rally in Oklahoma on Saturday after a smaller-than-expected crowd of people turned up, saying that the CCP virus and protesters were the reason why fewer attended.
Leftists and online trolls doing a victory lap, thinking they somehow impacted rally attendance, dont know what theyre talking about or how our rallies work,” campaign manager Brad Parscale told Fox News on Sunday. “Reporters who wrote gleefully about TikTok and K-Pop [Korean pop music] fanswithout contacting the campaign for commentbehaved unprofessionally and were willing dupes to the charade.”
Parscale continued, “Registering for a rally means youve RSVPed with a cellphone number and we constantly weed out bogus numbers, as we did with tens of thousands at the Tulsa rally, in calculating our possible attendee pool. These phony ticket requests never factor into our thinking. What makes this lame attempt at hacking our events even more foolish is the fact that every rally is general admissionentry is on a first-come-first-served basis and prior registration is not required.”
It came after Twitter users claimed they sabotaged Trump’s rally by allegedly reserving scores of tickets online before failing to show up. The claims were highlighted by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), who said that teens on the Chinese social media app TikTok and fans of K-pop were responsible for the lower turnout.

Media outlets repeatedly highlighted the attendance by publishing photos of empty seats at the top of the auditorium.

As someone that attends sporting events the Tulsa attendance looked to be about 6,000 people. That’s 60 groups of 100. Look around the arena— that looked about right. There were not 150 groups of 100 people. Plus, look at the empty seats above. Plus the crowded sections had empty seats— people were social distancing.

Wow. Your middle video has almost 200 million views, and the others have over 100 million.
Big world out there.

You are right. In Seoul (near City Hall/Gwanghamun Plaza) they are always having demonstrations in FAVOR of Trump and the U.S. They have big pictures of him hanging, and everyone is waving Korean and U.S. flags.

It was really dumb to publicize the number of tickets reserved. The TikTok thing doesn’t matter, they could’ve requested a billion tickets and if 20,000 Trump fans showed up the seats would be filled regardless. I don’t see the point bragging about how many free tickets were requested. Hearing 1 million tickets requested no doubt made a lot of Trump people stay home...why would I show up for a 2% chance (20K/1M) at getting inside with many already camping out for a week?

“.. only 6,200 showed up at a 19,000 person capacity venue,..”
I believe just over 12,000 attended.

You cannot “RESERVE” a ticket for a Trump rally.

We’re suffering an epidemic of Corporate Marxism — the unelected 4th branch of government that’s nurtured by a subscriber base of federally licensed services.
And a reminder: ATT controls CNN.
Don’t get me wrong. Both ATT & Comcast are amazing operations. But neither should have the right to nurture antagonistic news operations while also having control over telecom.
Would you want your water company to force Leftism down your throat?

The venue holds 11,000 it has been reported.
12,000 people entered.
It was held down because of Wuhan Bio-weapon virus.
antifa and other snowflake protesters blocked one entrance or even more would have been inside.
Fantastical successful rally!
Millions and millions of people watched it from home.
It was on at least 6-8 streaming venues.

The Fire Marshall, or whoever is giving that 6,200 figure is lying. Looking at the crowd, much, much more than 33% of the place was filled.

Why would Trump supporters register and not go to the rally? To show their support for Trump. Lots of people do that. Contrary to what many people here seem to believe, the tickets are free, and there are NO reserved seats for the general public. Not one single registration made by someone unable or unwilling to attend (distance, health, other commitments), or the silly TikTok children, deprived any one else of the opportunity to register and gain entrance into the arena.
Brad Parscale doesnt strike me as a very smart guy.
Yeah, he did such a terrible job in 2016 that it sent Madame President right to the White House.

It’s like the NeverTrumpers don’t want this Tic Toc story to die. They’re clinging on to every little hope that POTUS has lost support and this Tic Toc stupidness is somehow the proof of it. It’s a nothing burger. Encouraging little teens to be DISHONEST AND CHEAT is the REAL STORY.

Dont forget that the mayor of Tulsa suddenly declared a curfew the night before and the many people who had been camped in line were given 45 minutes to disperse. Im sure many of them just decided not to return.
