Did I ever mention how much I hate shyster lawyers? They are the reason American police are now trained to shoot to kill, and for all present to join in and empty their gun magazines, then let the recipient bleed out. The last thing taxpayers can afford is a shyster lawyer pushing a wheelchair bound survivor in front of a government school "edumacated" jury.

What is interesting is he has given the city an excellent reason to charge him with assault with a deadly weapon.
It preempts his threat of a lawsuit.
Given the City is run by a far-left ideologue, the city will likely not charge him.
