So Trump campaigning for a second term is now described as promoting backlash. And he can certainly rid himself of that pejorative by taking a knee, declining to run, and the MSM will love him again.
This should, at best be on the op ed page. That is, if it should appear anywhere.
The polls are wrong because people are afraid to tell the pollster their true feelings because they are afraid they will be targeted somehow.

I call this the "bumper sticker" effect. Why would you put a TRUMP 2020 bumper sticker on your car, knowing there are moonbats out there who will smash a headlight or otherwise damage your vehicle?
