Rioters in Washington, D.C., tore down a statue on Friday night and set it on fire as law enforcement officials reportedly stood by and did nothing.
The rioters tore down a statue of Albert Pike, which was the only Confederate monument in the nation’s capital, Fox 5 reported.
Washington Post reporter Perry Stein documented the rioters’ destruction of property in a series of videos that she posted to Twitter and noted that “DC police are nearby watching.”
President Donald Trump responded: “The D.C. Police are not doing their job as they watch a statue be ripped down & burn. These people should be immediately arrested. A disgrace to our Country! @MayorBowserb”

The animals are deliberately attempting to provoke a violent reaction by the law enforcement authorities which they will then portray as a brutal infringement of their right to protest.
There are many electronic ways to disperse unruly, destructive crowds and they should be utilized after giving the thugs a warning.
Personally I like the idea of a black ops wherein teams of l/e troops locate and dispatch with extreme prejudice the members of these organizations and leave them where they fall.
I guess martial law and “all enemies foreign and domestic” were just theoretical concepts.

It would have been a different story if anybody damaged the Martin Luther King statue.
Instead of laying down the law, the law lays down.
Those types of images is why I arm up. It won’t be the government employees coming at us, it will be their surrogates that they whip into a frenzy while the police keep you from attacking them.

Wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest. Hate, self-righteousness, ignorance, and ideological zealotry are a very dangerous mix, and allow people to do anything and feel justified.
It isn’t troops or police or mayors we should be relying on. A large force of heavily armed patriots with some heavy equipment should move into Seattle - to the statue of Vladimir Lenin there - set up an armed (yet peaceful (unless violently attacked) perimeter, and very ceremoniously rip it down and crush into metallic junk. Film it all. Tag the area around the statue heavily with “Sic Semper Tyrannis” and then move out.
Two can play this game. You don’t win by electing office holder, you win by taking action against your enemy. They are well organized, funded and out in the streets. We aren’t going to defeat them with less than that.
