ruling inserting “gender identity” into the word “sex” in a 1964 employment law, the U.S. Supreme Court called a man a woman, possibly leading to eventually forcing everyone else to do so also. The ruling will lead to a tsunami of polarizing court cases and further degradation of Americans’ natural rights to free speech, to free association, and to worshipping God as their consciences require. All this in the name of “equality,” a word that has become a totalitarian weapon.

This decision is a disgrace to these bedrocks of Western civilization, our nation built upon them, the voters who vote for them, and to these men’s honor. President Trump ran promising judges who wouldn’t murder America, and Gorsuch just gave him and everyone who voted for him a giant middle finger. The court’s newfound weakness will also be exploited and explored by leftist legal agitators whose goal is the destruction of the American system.

“There is only one word for what the Court has done today: legislation,” writes Justice Samuel Alito in a dissent Justice Clarence Thomas joined. “…A more brazen abuse of our authority to interpret statutes is hard to recall.”

Fighting this may not work. That two-thirds of our nation’s highest court clearly despise the Constitution and the way of life it protects, and which it is their sole job to defend, may be yet another indication that the United States we know and love is heading into a dark night of oblivion, like all empires before it. If that is the case, however, I’m going down fighting as hard as I can.

I believe you're calling Barry's Inauguration Day as Usurpation Day. It may seem a quibble to some, but I believe that reference should be used for January 8th, 2009, the day that Dick Cheney presided over the Electoral College by virtue of his role as Speaker of the Senate. Then and there, Republicans and Democrats alike rose to a standing ovation that confirmed and made official the falsehood that Barry had rightly prevailed in the presidential election the previous November. What would it take to negate Cheney's pronouncement that Day?

Dick Cheney and only Dick Cheney manifested the "standing" so many other would-be challenging litigants in so many suits against Barry's implicit claim to qualify for the presidency as a natural born citizen. With "no controlling legal authority" above him or to second-guess him, Dick could simply have said--for example--that "Since Barry has yet to prove that he is qualified for the presIDency, until such time that he may unequivocally do so, Joseph Biden will serve as president." What a moment that could have been!

So here we sit. Even though a conspiracy from among the Deep State and CIA--manifesting via the agency of CIA asset "Loretta Fuddy"--would conspire to generate a fraudulent Long Form Birth Certificate for Barry, no litigant could rise above the phalanx of leftist judges that had or would yet dismiss all suits against Barry's claims--on the merits. There was plenty of pith that could and should have been used if a hearing on the merits were truly held. (Ironically, Attorney Taitz perhaps came closest to achieving such a hearing on the merits, but she bungled her opportunity.) Perhaps that day may yet occur in court!

Thus, for what it's worth, I believe January 8th, 2009 is the true Usurpation Day of which you speak.

Constitutional Convention.

Trump could call for one right now,
Some place like Orlando
Cordon off the city and only permit
A handful of Delegates from all states
Like the original.

The marxist proposals would so shock the Nation
This shit would be over in a week. The Convention
Would disband without action and we would be back
To normal in time for NFL pre-season.
