Garrett Rolfe, the Atlanta police officer fired after the killing of Rayshard Brooks last week, now faces charges including felony murder, which could potentially lead to the death penalty, a Georgia district attorney announced Wednesday.

The guy being charges with murder is he the initial office that arrived on the scene with the perp sleeping in his car still in the drive thru lane, or was it the officer that arrived later that performed the DUI field sobriety test? Also which of those two officers had his taser stolen, and was it the officer with the taser stolen that shot the perp?
Having watched the body camera video, this is a gross miscarriage of justice to charge this officer. Won’t have to defund and dismantle police departments as the officers will all quit or refuse to respond.
