If it couldn’t survive 90 degrees it couldn’t infect humans. Usually you’re looking for something over 130 to kill a bug.

Viruses aren’t living, living host cells perform the life functions for them. It’d not temperatures that render a virus harmless so much as it is Ultraviolet and other ionizing radiation that do that,
