That was the case here in CT for months, until Emperor LaMont graciously increased the size of groups that could gather—indoors or out—about 5. (And of course looked the other way for the insurgency protests.)

As others have noted, Islamic protests, student protests, BLM protests and anti-Brexit protests will mysteriously not be prosecuted, though I’m sure it was sold to the MPs as “applying to everyone equally.”
