Still after a decade that’s pretty impressive.

Sounds like a well made product.

Still have my good, old fashioned, made in Chicago Schwinn. Cool beach cruiser, setup with the, surf fishin’ gear, and is perfect for a summer trip to an Orange County beach. Caught the Corbina of a lifetime at Sunset Beach a coupla years ago. Life, biking, and fishin’ is good!

Walmart super center today had one adult bike — single-speed cruiser with balloon tires.

My wife and I have 5 bikes. Probably a good time to sell the older ones.

I got my bike serviced last week, and the owner told me he now has a waiting list for bike orders; they have been flying off the shelves. Toilet paper didn’t surprise me, but I never would have guessed bicycles.

Biked to church today.

Did a 24-miler on Friday.

Bumped into a guy who was playing sag wagon, for some of his relatives who were biking from the Wisconsin/MN border, to Yellowstone National Park, covering ~165 to ~200 miles a day.

Man, I felt like a slacker.

I was in NYC today. I've never seen so many bike riders.

People are still not getting back on the subways.

Ahh, my kind of thread.

2 recumbents (LWB and SWB)
2 electrics (26” 48v Schwinn cruiser and a 20” one I made from junk laying around)
2 offroad (dual suspension)

And tons of parts.

Over the past 10 yrs, I must’ve donated 30 bikes to the vets. I collect discarded bikes and make good ones then donate.

The bike dealer here in KC can’t get product, because everything is made in China. COVID has delayed shipments.

Same with Micro Center & PC parts.

The bicycle shortage happened like 2 months ago. Our Walmart hasn’t had them and my wife and I have been on a waiting list for at least a month at a local bike shop, her for a hybrid and me a mountain bike. Haven’t seen anything interesting on Craig List yet.

A lot of bikes are made in Taiwan, not mainland China.
