Civil rights attorney and longtime Democratic commentator Leo Terrell said on Friday that he would not be voting for presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden for president and if he chooses Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) as his running mate, he will vote for Donald Trump.

I certainly hope Leo Terrell is seeing the light and truly is going to leave the Democrat Plantation.

Tulsi Gabbard brought up Kamala Harris’ record as California AG, saying Harris - put over 1,500 people in jail for marijuana violations and Kamala laughed about it when she was asked if she ever smoked marijuana.
Gabbard then was banned by Hillary (who owns the DNC) from future Democrat debates.
Feel-em-up joe isn’t going to pick anybody. The dem party will make the choice, and joe will read the announcement.

For a bit over a year my beloved husband has been telling me the black male voter will be opting for Pres Trump.
He keeps advising me the black men know they were employed once again under Pres Trump and not any Democrat. He also tells me the black men are actually terrified about a black female president because they see how the average angry black female acts within the black community.
He figures they figure it’s going to be like that behavior except on very, very strong steriods.
By the way, I figure if elected, Biden will resign after the first 48 hours and prior to the end of the 72nd hour of his presidency.
That would compensate for Bush and Romney, so we would almost be at break-even.
For years Leo has fought with one of my fav people Larry Elders....I don’t think Larry is buying Leo’s conversion to sanity. I think he wants $$$ from conservative tv to be a permanent talking head. Hope I’m wrong and he seen the light.
Kamala Harris may be a “person of color”, but that color is much diluted, to the point where many would say she was not authentically “black”. Her mother was a Brahmin Hindu, of the Tamil people of India, with genealogy stretching back a thousand years. Her father, technically of mixed white and African heritage, has nothing in common with the American black experience.
Not quite as big a fake as Elizabeth Warren, but still subject to considerable shaping of myth.

Wong Kim Ark was the subject of an 1898 SCOTUS ruling involving citizenship. The court held that Wong Kim Ark was a CITIZEN (not a natural born one) by virtue of the 14th amendment, noting that his Chinese citizen parents were lawfully resident within the US at the time of his birth, and completely self supporting.
The 14th amendment was ratified in 1868. It did not exist at the time that Article II was ratified in 1787. The 14th amendment does NOT refer to, or alter the meaning of Article II in ANY way, whatever one thinks that the framers meant for Article II to accomplish.
Harris’s birth status is identical to Wong Kim Ark. She was born in CA to two lawfully resident non citizen parents. She is NOT an Article II eligible Natural Born Citizen. She is a citizen at birth by virtue of the 14th amendment. I believe that Indian and Jamaican law make her a citizen of their countries too, as does US law under the Immigration and Naturalization Act which makes a person born to ANY US citizen ANYWHERE in the world a US citizen too.
Our overlords have decided that this is not an issue worth examining by adjudication. Constitutionalists know that the NBC requirement is designed to protect the office of POTUS from undue foreign influence, and it is worth observing.
I’m a huge non fan of Leo Terrell but I greatly respect this statement.

I’ll vote for Trump regardless of who is running on the communist side. DUDDEN matter whom, the commies will not EVER get one of my votes, never.
That too. In terms of fraud, I’m more wary of the “vote harvesting” initiatives that will invariably go with the “everybody vote by mail” crap. I have no doubt that more than one Congressional seat in Southern CA went to a Demorat in 2016 due to this maneuver (thank you, Governor Moonbat!).
