PHILADELPHIA - District Attorney Larry Krasner on Friday announced charges against one of several men accused of attempted robbery at a South Philadelphia gun shop earlier this week, only to be met by a gun-wielding owner who fatally shot one and wounded another.
Krasner also said the owner's actions were "justified."
"The facts we know and the law are clear that the business owners use of force while inside his own property against a burglar accompanied by others who was entering with a gun in his hand was justified," the D.A. stated in a news release. "It is fortunate for the City of Philadelphia that this large cache of guns and ammunitions were not taken and sold on the street.

Nearly all states have laws stating it is legal to use deadly force to stop armed robbery.
Couldn't he also be charged with 'Felony Murder', Or does PA not have that law?...............
Let me guess. Black owner? Has to be because if it were a white owner, we would have seen his face, known where he lives (doxxed), and who his family is. Good chance there would have been a call for murder indictments.
Does the surviving suspect get changed with murder also? Involved in crime where someone died?
Then they headed upstairs to his location where he was personally threatened by thugs with weapons in hand.
No more questions regarding "justification".
Time to riot some more?
Note to miscreants: never attempt to burglarize a store named “Firing Line”.
Krasner has just put himself on the antifa hit list.
Once in a while, a good outcome.

Yes, felony murder is chargeable (as Murder in the 2nd degree) in Pennsylvania. Will the perps be so charged? Since this is Philadelphia its very doubtful.
Krasner will be getting a call from George Soros asking for a refund....
Finally a shop owner with common sense.
Good guess, BUT, wrong.
The owner is a white guy and they didn't have to dox him, look up "Firing Line, Phil. PA" and you'll get his location and pictures of him and his business.
Yes we do and he should be.
I think that there is a Darwin Award winner nominee.
Karma. Breaking into a gun store and not expecting any problems or danger.
(sarcasm) Who would have thought that a simple property crime would result in an execution by a vigilante. (/sarcasm)
Of all the places these idiots could have picked to rob, a GUN SHOP was the best they could come up with? Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad they went there and not somewhere defenseless, but somebody was itching for a Darwin award for this one. Hope they rot in peace.
Self defense is an absolute right. There is no qualification. There is no law that can make it illegal.
Wrong.
