Jacksonville is a day's drive for DC/NoVA/ATL Antifart ferals and troublemakers. Too many ways in and out.
Orlando is a more detailed journey and is kind of remarkable in that there's really only one interstate access for those same DC/NoVA/ATL ferals. The ones who fly into MCO, use the facial scan and arrest them on probation violation right on the spot.
If there's so much as even a short rain shower the day Trump wants to speak at TIAA Bank Field the media will be able to scan the empty upper. At Amway that's not a problem, it will be full. Could be because Orlando has all Democrats (Orlando City Mayor, Congresswoman, Orange County Commission, Orange County Mayor). Hell, even the dogcatcher is probably a Democrat!
Gop Mayor
Orlando will be hosting the NBA playoffs while this is all going on. Between competing for hotel space and dealing with that zoo, Orlando was never even considered.
Jacksonville has a Republican mayor, and city council is 2/3 Republican. This means no Dem games with ordering cops to stand down for Antifa.
Maybe they figure it helps Georgia, too - Jacksonville is just over the border.
Because Jacksonville is Trump Country.
