I wish the Providence Journal would find a noun other than “man” to describe a 27-year-old who assaults an 82-year-old man for exercising his constitutional rights. I think a better term might be “gutless punk”.
I hope the court gets it right with this Courtright creep. Getting it right would be to convict him on all charges and sentencing him to the maximum on each count to be served consecutively with the sentences to be in decreasing length so he will not get out of prison until he is 82.
And since he is here from the UK on a work visa, when he gets out of prison, we deport him to the UK.
