I don’t think they are seeing most of the destruction going on it’s not really on the news and if they show some violet stuff it’s police based like them throwing canisters in the crowd that won’t disperse that is the violent stuff they show.
Or if they do show looting they make it seem like it is a separate incident from the protesting so many do not link it together with the protesters.

NYPD source tells me on average six cops a day are resigning, and that number is expected to rise.
That’s in addition to normal attrition for retirement, disability, etc..
This is disastrous for morale and manpower.
@BilldeBlasio is to blame.
Given the rioting, and the NYC DA's get out of jail without bail policy, arresting the kid was probably more effort and risk than it was worth. Disarming him was probably enough.
With all the grief they are taking I am pleasantly surprised the police are out doing anything at all.
