Are they recruiting City Council members from the brain dead morons in NYC’s City Council? Yeah, disband the police and I hope the perps choose THEIR homes first to rob, their children first to rape and kill. If the populace voted these people in, I guess they should have to suffer the consequences of their stupidity.

1. And the rioters (oh, sorry, the “protesters”), totally destroyed the most recently built new “affordable housing” project built by a private developer and not yet occupied.
2. And what does the idiots on the city council leave out, and most important of all, that would reduce “addiction” and rates of violence???? Jobs, jobs, jobs, which means businesses, businesses, businesses, hundreds of which they allowed to be destroyed.
Who need the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, just set up tv camera’s all over this idiotic city and we can watch every day how animals live in the city without order. Ratings would go over the top.
The tax-takers are going to support it because they're too ignorant to realize that it's not going to happen and the money wasted on Mr. Fletcher's friends will harm them in the long run.
Mr. Fletcher's friends are likely shrewd enough to foment more unrest to make this an ongoing project they can bill to yearly.
They can call it "The Mau Maus and the Flak Catchers" a la Tom Wolfe.
This could be done just in time for the Democrat convention.
