Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe accused former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein of giving false testimony Wednesday about James Comeys memos documenting his interactions with President Trump.
During his appearance before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Rosenstein suggested that McCabe should have shared details about former FBI Director Comeys memos on his conversations with the president earlier, claiming that he didnt tell him about their existence until right before they were leaked.
Asked whether McCabe lied to him, Rosenstein testified: "Lying is when you ask someone a direct question and get a false answer. Candor is when youre forthcoming with information someone needs to know. I believe McCabe should have recognized that when I became acting AG [overseeing the Russia probe], I needed to know about Comeys memos and he didnt tell me until a couple of hours before they showed up in the New York Times."

Barr seems to be getting to them. He must have some dirt to use to convict some.
Whoa. False testimony? Under oath? Isn’t there a word for that?
not some, Truck loads
I would love to see Andy get locked up.
Republicans go to jail for this sort of thing, even when it’s made up out of whole cloth.
Gotcha.....aahhhhahahah
“Lying is when you ask someone a direct question and get a false answer. Candor is when youre forthcoming with information someone needs to know.
Kind of like Lawyering is getting Paid to LIE in court for someone that never tells the truth and Lying is Lying to the court yourself??
But wait, how did McCabe know that they were about to be published in the NY Times if they were leaked by FORMER Director Comey's lawyer friend on his behalf? Is it possible that - Gasp! - Comey planned the leaks with McCabe? But then ... if he coordinated with McCabe ... why should we even believe they are real notes and not something cooked up after the fact to generate a pretext for an investation? Hmmmmm?!
We know the answer. The only thing missing is the fact that Rosenstein if full of baloney. He was part of it too. He was the one who had to appoint the independent counsel, and hence the one who needed a thin pretext to justify it.
When are these scum going to prison?
Depends on your definition of IS.
Democrats in congress knew about the false charges and about the phony evidence, yet, they proceeded to prosecute the case against Trump and Flynn and other Trump assistants.
Those democrats should be the ones facing charges for falsely prosecuting a case which they knew perfectly well was fabricated from the get-go. Their crimes cannot be forgotten just because they are congresscritters. If nobody is above the law, not even the president, then, why are the congresspeople who put the country through a 3-year farce, above the law themselves?
mccabe is ready to roll. That’s if barr has any desire to get him to roll. Of which I have seen no indication of as of yet.
When are these scum going to prison?
Apparently never. Hey, do I hear bagpipes?
Yes, I do hear bagpipes.

I had mice in the basement a month ago. Bought one of those catch alive traps. Caught three Two however, had eaten the third in the trap.
Looks like Rosenstein is whats on the menu tonight.
bttt
Our system is broken. There are too many criminals for honest, open government to exist. "A Republic, if you can keep it." Well apparently we can't.
Does anyone hope like me that Rosenstein, McCabe, Comey, etc. begin to eat each other?
