I believe McCabe should have recognized that when I became acting AG [overseeing the Russia probe], I needed to know about Comey’s memos and he didn’t tell me until a couple of hours before they showed up in the New York Times."

But wait, how did McCabe know that they were about to be published in the NY Times if they were leaked by FORMER Director Comey's lawyer friend on his behalf? Is it possible that - Gasp! - Comey planned the leaks with McCabe? But then ... if he coordinated with McCabe ... why should we even believe they are real notes and not something cooked up after the fact to generate a pretext for an investation? Hmmmmm?!

We know the answer. The only thing missing is the fact that Rosenstein if full of baloney. He was part of it too. He was the one who had to appoint the independent counsel, and hence the one who needed a thin pretext to justify it.

Weasels aren’t rodents—they aren’t even closely related to rodents. So Rosenstein is a zoological oddity: the first known example of a creature which is a weasel and a rat at the same time.
