Cops do not incarcerate - judges and politicians do. Also, politicians ultimately run police departments, and most major cities who bitch about “police brutality” have been in the hands of leftist and black politicians for decades.
Look at Minneapolis. Leftist Mayor for nearly the last 50 years. Leftist Governor. They have two “empathetic” liberal female senators for whom everything is about “the children.” The riots even took place in the district of batshit crazy muslim supremicist Ilhan Omar. Tell me more about “police brutality” in Minneapolis, please.
In NY City, De Blasio, who came to power on a platform of racial and economic victimhood and cop hatred, used his police force to go after people for illegal and ill-defined violations for “social distancing.” 80% of De Blasio’s citations were handed out to blacks and hispanics.
You’ll be waiting a long time, Jim.
Systemic Racism is the result of Systemic Corruption! Seeing how the only cities that we hear this stuff about have been run by corrupt Democrats for generations, perhaps that might give them a clue to where to look for this “Systemic Racism”.

The definition of “systemic racism” is carefully guarded so it can be fluid to allow it to be applied to whatever event is on the front page.

No problem evidently, but boy that guy that set in place
programs to get minorities to work, lowest minority

They said they wanted access.
Welfare, affirmative action, civil rights laws, the
fawning of the entertainment and sports industries,
none of it mattered. No attitudes changed.
Those who made it into the middle class were trashed. I
mean that’s what they demanded for decades. Improve
the lives of their people.
No matter what we did, it was never enough.
And look folks, I’m not against those things. I still
think some of it was overkill, but it was done. fine.
Black police officers are a common sight. They work right
along side White ones.
There are examples of improvements that are legion.
Those who get a higher education trash us.
Those who get better jobs trash us.
Those who don’t want to put in the energy, they trash us.
Those families living on welfare for generations, they
trash us too.
THERE WILL NEVER BE ANYTHING WE CAN DO, THAT WILL
APPEASE these people.
Why are we even trying anymore?
Whites are 60% of the populace and Blacks are 12%.
There are television shows and movies with about a 50/50
mix. This hasn’t made them happy. And those who got these
jobs are perhaps the most anti-White folks around.
And we’re the racists.
Can anyone list three things minorities have given up in
the quest for national harmony?
Seems pretty one-sided to me, but then that’s racism for
ya.
