Sorry, George Floyds violent criminal history is not relevant. Need to call balls and strikes here. He was killed by a cop using excessive force. But that doesn’t give anyone the right to riot, loot, and raze businesses.
Floyd’s criminal history just means he won’t be missed very much. He’s turned out to be one of the most expensive miscreants this country has had in a long time — at least since George W. Bush.
[[Sorry, George Floyds violent criminal history is not relevant.]]
Actually it is and explains why they subdued him using an approved tactic to subdue someone- especially someone as large as he was- He dwarfed the police that took him out of the car-
You can make other arguments but the one that his violent criminal past is irrelevant isn’t one of them- It explains why he was subdued- one of the explanations anyways- the other was that he was obviously high on drugs, which is why police had called the ambulance and were detaining him in a subdued manner, till the ambulance got there-
By the way- there is video of him I think on Sherryl Attkinson’s site (sp?) showing that he was saying he ‘couldn’t breath’ even while he was still in his own car- before he was taken out- The man was high on fentanyl- and meth- both of which can and often does- lead to death via not breathing- plus the fact that he had two serious heart problems, and clogged arteries, mixed with those drugs, was not good- and very probably could have been the cause of death-
These are facts that are emerging, despite Fox news’ and the msm’s best efforts to hide them- George Floyd very well could have been suffering heart failure even before the police tried putting him in the car- he struggled with them for 10 minutes trying to resist- which is also on video from what i understand- you wouldn’t know it though as msm and fox won’t air them in an effort to keep the ‘racist cop gleefully murders black man’ meme going=-
[[Need to call balls and strikes here. He was killed by a cop using excessive force.]]
need to look at all the evidence- not just a clip of a knee on the back of head- The medical report will tell how much fentanyl and meth and alcohol were in his system and whether it was enough to cause death- all these things will come out in trial- we can’t view a clip and claim the knee pressure was enough to cut off both arteries or compress his diaphragm (something Baden claimed- yet the officer’s knee was NOT on his mid back where it would have had to be in order ot stop the diaphragm from working-)
Both heart attacks and opioids cut off oxygen to the brain- you can’t rule that out until other evidence proves otherwise- We now have dueling autopsies- Baden has been very very wrong on high profile cases in the past- Very wrong- We can’t take his word for what happened as gospel- experts will be brought in to weigh in on ALL the medical evidence during trial- We should wait for that instead of viewing a clip and determining it ‘must be the cause of death’ or that he was ‘murdered’-
Actually, a “violent criminal history” is relevant to how police handle suspects, as it should be. When they run plates or a license, the information they receive back informs them of the possible risks of harm to themselves or the public.

Hope you say the same when St. Floyd’s supporters make unproved statements about the cop’s prior record.
well it is relevant in that if he wasn’t committing a crime and resisting arrest he’d still be alive...well maybe. He was stumbling around high on fentanyl.
