Yikes! The crap he had in his system!
Nope, you’re merely trolling at this point.
I’m quoting Minnesota statutes, the State’s own Statement of Probable Cause, and videos taken live as it happened.
The black community create far more problems for themselves and each other than they ever care to resolve.....it is what it is and will never change.
family paid left wing lunatic Baden to do an autopsy...he said he was “asphyxiated”...coroner says from “restraint”...theres your reasonable doubt right there...never be able to know the precise cause of death.
his felony was for armed home invasion robbery
Dude, the autopsy report does NOT say the drugs were in amounts that would cause death. So they weren’t the cause of death and it most definitely says Homicide for manner of death.
Incarcerated Cranston, R.I. at some point per Peter Barletta.
Five years for armed robbery, and eight other convictions in Houston, Tx. Before moving to Minnesota.
Haven’t seen his rap sheet...but yeah.
lol...wait and see how that stands up after cross examination....that will be a murder...
With a car, he was a threat to the community.
And hes being honored tomorrow!
Rodney had PCP in his system, as I recall.
Oh...well let's just forget Floyd was falling down jacked up on drugs/booze and incoherent while in the process of running from the crime he just committed.....and then resisting arrest. Further Already established he did not die from asphyxiation... So now what rights wasn't he given exactly?
It’s called “restraint asphyxiation” which is a form of positional asphyxiation. All restraint asphyxiation is homicide since it requires the use of force by a third party that prevents the victim from repositioning himself.
Now I think the cops really screwed up here. Now they may have screwed up on a man who would have needed a 911 call in a few minutes anyway? We’re living in interesting times alright.
“dead man walking”
Same like me, same like you.
But that’s a cool phrase so, you know...
Civil case likely a slam dunk, although arguable that it shouldn't be for the killing. But 12 jury members? Beyond a reasonable doubt? Where's the evidence that the knee caused it when the examiner autopsy says 'not strangulation.' Hmmmm, I don't know how a jury goes on this one.
There are alternate camera videos of him repeatedly staggering and falling down prior to the main event, each time, the cops were picking him up and trying to get him to squad car.
But no one will care.

The only people or needs to care is a jury or a judge, whatver the defense decides on to hear the case.
He was not merely charged of home invasion; he was CONVICTED and served his whole sentence. If you think he shouldn’t have been walking around, take that up with whatever state he was convicted in, for making his sentence too short.
...btw, did the police arresting him know about this at the time?
Or did someone rummage around in a filing cabinet and put that in a press release so they could get everyone all mad at him, to get the civil-rights-violating, murderous cop off the hook, and cover for the fact that the county attorney who did NOT prosecute the cop for his 10 previous excessive force instances, was a front runner for VP under Joe Biden?
No, because the videos evidence he was literally in the thros of dying.
Minnesota statutes do not require intent but depraved indifference.
The cop kept his neck on the guy’s neck for over 2 minutes AFTER his fellow cop told him the handcuffed guy on the ground didn’t have a pulse.
Not even an attempt at CPR.
That’s from the Probable Cause doc charging him with 3rd degree murder, and in front of multiple witnesses, and on video.
