So hard take here but I’m actually going to say that Trump sending in federal troops could be a HUGE mistake, and I think this is a trap that the left is setting for us. Hear me out on this one.

The mayors of Minneapolis, San Francisco, Portland, or wherever—they want the riots to go away but they can’t publicly say that because they’re “woke.” They’ve been fanning the flames of division for years talking about “institutional racism” WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES IN CHARGE OF THE POLICE. They could fire corrupt cops today, and they could contain the riots on their own volition. They want Trump to come in so it can stop the riots, but also make him be the “racist” bad guy that they can point at.

My honest opinion: let it burn, until the mayors are forced to own their own BS and get their own cities under control. As far as what we do, continue to exercise 2A and if necessary act in your own self defense. But I’m not going to cry any tears over liberal cities burning or liberal corporations like CNN getting hit.
