You don’t know that; nobody know that. The WuFlu may have just run its course and petered out naturally. It might have happened exactly the same without the masks. We’re finding out that social distancing here had no effect on WuFlu. In fact, cases were higher among people who practiced extreme distancing.

Don’t we want an end to the flu here, too? The virus isn’t going away, just like the flu doesn’t go away. It’ll always be here in one form or another.

You been asleep for the past several months? It's pretty common knowledge that the main reason doctors wear masks is to prevent their fluids from contaminating the open wounds all over their patients. And no, they usually don't wear masks at all during normal patient or family interactions. Not until the Coronapanic started, anyway.

And something like ~99% of America has stamped the virus out without forcing all the serfs to wear a mask everywhere, yet Forced-mask places like NYC or NJ still have plenty of cases. Also, how do you know masks are the reason those places have supposedly stamped out the virus? What about other countries wearing tons have masks that haven't stamped out the virus?

Your maybe-correlation has no evidence of causation, and is just the sort of misguided crap that makes people look like idiots walking around, not to mention the health issues with wearing breathing restrictors all day long.

Our unit isn't. Most training and stuff has been switched to virtual training/remote, but there's a bunch of people that still have to go in. No masks are required, but if you choose to wear one, it has to fall within certain guidelines for wear and appearance.

They have told everyone to bring your gaitornecks with you when you do go in, just in case the good idea fairy hits some higher-up while you're there. Which, of course, are about as useless for filtering air as a bandanna. Just make you breathe your warm, moist, half-carbon dioxide air back in.

ex elf this is touted as an airbirne virus. In addition it does it stop all
particles they still get out above below and on the sides of the mask. That allows them to land on the shopping cart. , the counter or any other place to be picked up and spread. And that’s if the mask is fit correctly and worn correctly which is not happening. If you badge of moral superiority makes you feel better by all means wear it. Just do t kid yourself that it is actually doing anything
