We need a Ballot Proposition to CUT the PAY of All Public Employee’s by 30%, just like the Citizens took. Abolish Taxpayer Funded Health Insurance of Inferior and Expensive plans, let them all sign up for California Covered, the Finest Health Plan in the Country.

The key word is they are "threatened" with a 10% pay cut, and it is not really a pay cut it is a possible 26 days of furlough so they don't have to report work. My hunch is even that will not happen, it was grandstanding by the governor to push the "we are all in this together" charade. He then added it won't happen if they get the treasury to print more bail out money.
