It was said on Fox that the cops enmasse gathered just before the barricades then took off enmasse about an hour ago. No Alamo moment for them.
Where is the nearest army base to Minneapolis? Federal troops are needed to quell this insurrection.
Here’s the latest I’m seeing here in the Twin Cities area...
Fires have started at several locations - primarily in the Midway district of St Paul and in the area affected by last night’s rioting, East Lake St in Minneapolis.
There are protestors who look like they’re getting ready to try to block Interstate 35W as it passes on the east side of downtown Minneapolis going north.
There are protestors who are gathering near the Mpls Police 1st Precinct in downtown Minneapolis. So far, so good. But the police are ready to go in case things get out of hand.
Like some of you, I have been hearing rumors of Antifa and BLM agitators trying to get crowds ramped up. I can’t substantiate it though.
If anyone else in the Twin Cities area has heard anything, post it here.

The guys bashing in windows, look like they have white guy hands.
They’re assembled but from what I’m seeing, they look like they’re being used to support the local police.
The crowd chanting “We Cant Breathe!” Ironic in a way.
Bunch a folks (mostly white now) gathering in Columbus Ohio tonight. Police set up barricade. Crowd throwing bottles. Pepper spray back at them.
Unicorn riot feed of them torching the Mpls police station. Mostly white men 20-30’s black clothing, black cloth masks. Hmmmmm wonder who they might be? Dem state, dem city, dem mayor, dem police chief, dem antifa burning down the dem city. Nothing to see here.
They breached the 3rd Precinct and it’s on fire.

They have been. But they’re acting in what appears to be a support capacity for local police.

Frankly, if there’s a time that the cops should be shooting people, this is it.
