A masked Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) rang the opening bell Tuesday as the New York Stock Exchange trading floor opened for the first time in two months.
The markets opened to a surge of optimism following Memorial Day weekend as the country began to reopen and news of additional potential vaccine candidates has surfaced.
The NYSE's iconic trading floor has been shuttered since March 23, as cases of the coronavirus in New York skyrocketed, making the city the U.S. epicenter of the virus.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 600 points, or 2.4 percent, while the S&P 500 rose 63 points, or 2 percent, rising above 3,000 for the first time since the early days of the pandemic.

Story is written as if Coomo is personally responsible for the NYSE rally. Just utter horse hockey and propaganda.
Wonder what was promised to whom to get this to happen...
Whatever it was, you can bet it won't be good for beleaguered NYS taxpayers. .
The only use Coomo had of Wall Street was as a shake down racket for Demoncrats while AG of the state. As any communist, he hates the idea of private capital fueling business. He is totally command and control, with the state picking the "winners".

We New Yorkers wisely take terms from the Yiddish. They are often the best at expressing an entire situation in one word regardless of how they are spoken or spelled.
In this case it is: Chutzpah
He doesn't need to wear a mask. We already know he's a murderer, not just of the elderly he deliberately infected with the virus, but the thousands of babies that have been killed through abortion, and the innocent people murdered by illegals in his sanctuary State. I pray he gets his just desserts sooner, rather than later.
