MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) The FBI has been called to investigate after a man died Monday night in south Minneapolis after an encounter with police.
In a statement early Tuesday, police described what happened as a medical incident. However, a video posted on social media shows an officer kneeing a mans neck to the ground for several minutes. Before he goes unconscious, the man, who is black, repeatedly tells officers he cant breathe.
At a press conference Tuesday morning, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey alluded to the graphic footage, saying: I believe what I saw, and what I saw was wrong at every level.

“looks like the cop was kneeling correctly on the carotid area of the guys neck.”

One of those pressure points that you don’t want to pressure very long. He was on the guy’s neck - for what? - 6 or 7 minutes at least.
Nope. Remember English is a language for illiterate people, a lot of the subtlety is through tone and inflection which don’t exist in the written form. And there’s way too many people on this site who’d say that and mean. Sorry I jumped on you.
“Was the dead guy in on it?”

Y’know, I think it would be wise to avoid becoming involved in a conspiracy with people you hate and let them kill you just to own “the man” (whatever “man”, don’t matter”).

We've seen this movie before.
Our entire news cycle has become a "Wag the Dog".
I hope my good buddy Otto Kor Wrecked 'helped' you by changing directly to correctly...

Your perception is correct. Solzhenitsyn said it best:
And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.
Is your post serious? MURDER???! Are you saying these officers intentionally acted to kill this man? Isn’t INTENT part of proving murder?
When has it become okay with so many on this forum to IGNORE police direction and resist arrest. I guess the same folks calling this “murder’ love all the videos of cops having water dumped on them by the bucketful.
If his Carotid artery was blocked he would have passed out because of a lack of flow to the brain.

There’s what’s called “depraved heart” murder - from Findlaw cuz I don’t trust my memory right now:
“Often the intent to kill (or malice aforethought) element of murder can be satisfied by showing that the defendant showed extreme indifference to human life. These are also known as “depraved heart” murders.
Acting with extreme recklessness and knowing that act is dangerous to human life (i.e., firing through the floor of your third-story apartment) and ending a human life may satisfy this intent element, even if the person never intended to kill anyone. This has been argued in fatal DUI cases in which the driver was far too intoxicated to form any intent.”

Well, in a sense, it is! Likewise about sailing a .38 through them.
He was hardly moving and there were two other cops there. No reason they couldn’t quickly cuff him and stick him in the cruiser. Some cops are just on a power trip.
“The FBI has been called to investigate after a man died Monday night in south Minneapolis”
They are a corrupt political force. And second, this should not be a federal investigation. The city has a police department and a sheriff’s department with homicide detectives and a local DA. The State presumably has a state police and an Attorney General.
The Federalization of American law enforcement is part of our enslavement. The FBI has no business here unless it is like Mississippi burning where the local cops were involved and were covering up a murder.
The primary purpose of the police today is to keep the sheep under control. The sheep, as long as they remain in the pasture are given much leeway,a/k/a as privileges. The Chinese flu caused the sheep to exchange their Rights and responsibilities for privileges and Government Control.

That is what murder looks like.
Do you have to be a sadist to become a policeman or do they teach you that at the academy?...asking for a friend.
He dies monday, F-Troop is on the case Tuesday morning.
The Zampolit FBI refuses to prosecute any of the monstrous crimes of the FBI/CIA/NSA. They frame Flynn, Trump, and try to overthrow our government. Epstein and the world’s leaders and billionaires like Gates are sodomizing underage girls and boys on a island...the FBI is nowhere to be seen.
But a cop get too rough with a crook and hurts the guy... they turn into Iron Man and swing into action.
It’s bullshit.
