Dumb as a box of rocks. Family connections gave her a political career. She can never survive presidential vetting, which a Biden veep MUST have.

She comes from a tiny state with three congressmen. The surrounding states AZ, CO, and TX laugh at NM, so she has no coat-tails.

If she is chosen, it means the democrats know they will lose and nobody else wants the job.

Her uncle was a popular NM GOP congressman (Manuel Lujan Jr) who served 3 terms and was Sec Interior under GHW Bush. She just used the family name to get appointed to a few do nothing commissions. And here she is.

But she has a reputation as a real dumbell. She would be funny in a debate. Even Pence would annihilate her and he’s not a Trump type fighter.

The Democrats don't have any issues to run on so it will all be "Trump is bad" and "Obama was good." So the safest pick for Biden would be Michelle Obama--they could have signs reading "Biden/Obama" and the 45% of the population who have had it drilled into their heads that Obama was a great President would be ecstatic over a chance to undo everything Trump has done.

What's pathetic is that a poll of scholars who study the American Presidency has ranked Obama as #12 among the 43 men who held the Presidency before Trump. (Grover Cleveland #22 and Grover Cleveland #24 were the same person.)
