Trump slams Sessions: 'You had no courage & ruined many lives'

President Trump lashed out at former Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Twitter Saturday evening, accusing the GOP Alabama Senate candidate of 'ruining lives' when he decided to recuse himself from the Department of Justice's (DOJ) Russia probe.

The tweet from Trump slamming Sessions is the latest installment in a back-and-forth between the two over Memorial Day Weekend.

“Jeff, you had your chance & you blew it. Recused yourself ON DAY ONE (you never told me of a problem), and ran for the hills. You had no courage, & ruined many lives,” Trump shared, retweeting Sessions’s earlier rebuke.

“The dirty cops, & others, got caught by better & stronger people than you. Hopefully this slime will pay a big price. You should drop out of the race & pray that super liberal @DougJones, a weak & pathetic puppet for Crazy Nancy Pelosi & Cryin’ Chuck Schumer, gets beaten badly. He voted for impeachment based on “ZERO”. Disgraced Alabama. Coach @TTuberville will be a GREAT Senator!” Trump continued.

I totally agree. Sessions should have resigned though the minute he found out he was in between truth and his reputation.

>> Sessions should have resigned

Yup, but instead he chose to stand by and watch.

OK — great. So what does that mean — that President Trump isn’t responsible for nominating him?

You must be kidding me. Why don’t you check my lengthy posting history here on FR before you post something as ridiculous as that.

Instead of recusal, Sessions should have resigned.

Recusal kept Rosenstein in power to go after President Trump with the phony Muller investigation.

I don’t think he was dumb or ignorant by recusing himself. There was a political strategy for his own benefit behind it for sure. These are all slime balls.

You explained it very nicely. I evaluated his conduct as just cowardice. It seems just likely the gentleman was duped by a much faster and unethical democrap mob.

Instead of recusal, Sessions should have resigned.

He should have done neither. He should have done his job which was to run his department.

In some ways I feel sorry for him, but we don't need any more RINOs around. The let's all have a drink at the bar mentality is not serving this country well. We have the left on the run, we need to push and we don't need sissies who don't want to get mud spattered on their tailored suits.

Trump should have fired Sessions as soon as Sessions recused himself.

He failed and because he can’t take responsibility is blaming Sessions.

You better give up on trying to diminish Trump and get back over to the Biden headquarters for some new orders.

“I think Tommy beat the Tide seven of ten when he was at Auburn. Sessions is wrong there.”

Only because Bama was a dumpster fire at the time.

I would surmise that Tommy wouldn’t fare as well if he had to face Saban all of those years.
