Hubby’s cousin came by very late this afternoon and let me know. To say I’m disappointed in an understatement. I’m dying to get back up there to get the museum squared away so we can open it back up!

Happy Friday, radu!

I was late 'cuz son and I were returning from our first gun range visit this month.

As far as Memorial Day ceremonies go, there's nothing 'official' going on, but there will be plenty of American flags adorning Veteran's graves this weekend and visitors paying their respects.

How are things your way?

I know you are. And the longer they stay closed, the more stuff will be piled up. Plus, you need to see all the stuff they’ve brought in over the winter.

A little rain last evening, none today, and hoping for some this weekend. Burn bans in effect everywhere.

A shame they won’t have any official events this year. There will be ceremonies in our area Monday.

Things is hot ‘n’ steamy our way. Whew! Rain showers every day and now the thermometer has cranked up. It was a sauna when I made a store run this afternoon. We have a whole week ahead of upper 80s with rain so it’s gonna be a sauna for a while. The soybeans ought to love it, even if we don’t.
