During an interview with Fox News host Bret Baier, the Texas Democrat pushed back on the claim that Biden made a major gaffe when he told The Breakfast Club host Charlamagne Tha God on Friday morning that "if you have a problem figuring out whether you're for me or Trump, then you ain't black."
"That was not what the vice president said in terms of those words, and if we had listened to the earlier conversation, we would know that the vice president wants to put his record forward. He knows that everyone has their own historical, moral standing on the color of their skin," Lee said.

Reminds me of the Dalia Dippolito case in Florida. The police had her on video, multiple times, repeatedly telling a "hit man" that she wanted her husband dead, how much she would pay, actually turning over about $7K of her husband's money to the "hit man" as a down payment on the deed, and then, after she gets caught and is in jail awaiting trial, she's telling him "I would never do that" and "that's not what happened" and begging him to come down to the jail to meet with her face to face. Which he didn't do.
She was absolutely adamant that she didn't do what she was videotaped doing, and didn't say what she was videotaped saying.
They just don’t know what lie to tell. She doesn’t know Joey Fingers already owned up to it and he did mean it as best an imbecile like him could do.
