The Left has pretty much used that same thought for the past
six decades. After being put in their place by civil rights
laws back in the 1950s and 60s, they tried to claim they
were the party of Blacks, and if Blacks didn’t vote for them
they weren’t genuine Blacks.

Regardless of what he meant (and we know what he meant), his use of stereotypical black slang suggests that Biden is talking down to the Black community. He might as well say, "If you don't like watermelon then you ain't black," or if you ain't on on welfare then you ain't black," or if "you ain't have an abortion, then you ain't black."
I have news for you Sleepy Joe, a/k/a Quid Pro Quo Joe: Black people are leaving the democrat plantation. The process may be slow, but they are leaving.
