Well, thank goodness the shooter obviously didnt have much training on his AR platform. If he had, there would be many fatalities.
Officers found three teens with gunshot wounds around 8 p.m. after responding to a shooting call at a convenience store near 19th and Glendale avenues, said Sgt. Ann Justus, a spokeswoman for the Phoenix Police Department.
Two of the teens were found inside the convenience store, and the other was found outside, Justus said. All three were taken to a nearby hospital.
Sean Chinn, 16, was pronounced dead at the hospital, and the two others -- ages 17 and 18 -- are in critical but stable condition, police said.
The shooting of the teens (gang related?) has the same number shot, but it appears 1 was killed and two critically injured. It is also in Glendale, at about 8 p.m.
The Westgate Entertainment District is in Glendale, the shooting there happened at 7:25 p.m., with three shot, 1 critical, two injured.
Strange to have two so similar events so close together in time and space.
Could they be the same event, with just different reporting?

A 20 year old with a beer can? If only they would pass law raising the drinking age to 21 this kind of tragedy would be averted.

Heard on Fox10 that this was the second shooting at Westgate in the last four months.

Different location and just another shooting in Phoenix. Not that close in proximity. Maybe at least 15-20 minutes????
Yeap. The New Zealand shooter uploaded it on Facebook. Someone re-uploaded it to another site and that other site was taken down because it was an open forum. Nothing happened to the site that it was originally uploaded to.

First hearing about this. Media usually loves talking about these events 24/7. Maybe cause the shooter doesn’t fit their narrative?
One shooting gets national attention. The other is ignored.
Both involve three people shot.
The one with more serious injuries and a death, is the one ignored.
Stop publicizing these scumbags, it just encourages more of them to “make themselves famous”.

It's time to hold accountable the platforms that allow these videos to stay up for an extended period of time. I understand that when it hits the Internet, it never goes away, but the media howls when these shootings happen and will just constantly show the faces of the psychopaths committing these acts. That emboldens the next shooter.
We've created a society where there are no consequences for actions anymore. A politician commits fraud through insider trading, no jail time. An entire administration breaks myriad laws and breaches the very hallmarks of public trust, no jail time. A shooter goes on a "rampage," killing or wounding scores of people, that person is shot to death by police or winds up back page news. Just look at the Denver movie theater "Joker" shooter from years ago. Not a peep on where he ended up. But death is seen as acceptable to so many of today's youth, that we've bred a generation of narcissistic nihilists who want to be memorialized for nefarious acts.
We live in interesting times.

In Olden Days society handled criminal sh*theads like this by having mobs beat them to death.
Not perfect, but kept alot of the sh*thead types from committing such crimes.
