As Biden gives commencement address, Columbia Law faculty who opposed Kavanaugh downplay Tara Reade accusations
Fox News ^ | May 20 2020 | Gregg Re

Columbia Law School was essentially united in opposition to Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court confirmation in 2018 -- as the university established a new, mandatory sexual misconduct education initiative, dozens of faculty members signed a petition in The New York Times saying the nominee's "temperament" alone was disqualifying, and students staged round-the-clock protests.

Now, as Joe Biden prepares to deliver a virtual commencement address at Columbia Law School on Wednesday, he also stands accused of sexual assault (which he, too, adamantly denies) along with previously reported incidents of inappropriate touching. The once-vocal advocates for women's rights and the "Me Too" movement at New York City's only Ivy League law school, though, have a starkly different view toward Biden.

Instead, the Columbia Law School's dean, Gillian Lester, issued a statement praising Biden for setting an "example" as a "leader, lawyer, and public servant." Asked to explain the change in tone on campus, the law school's press office declined to comment to Fox News.

The issue is never the issue. The issue is always the revolution.

The “news” should count as campaign contributions to Democrats, and be subject to CFR.

Always best to list the names of these people, their public comments, actions and associates. Any role they had in violating individual rights should also be documented. This information must be readily available and will be very useful soon.

It hasn’t been about right and wrong for years now, it’s all about grabbing complete power and control over people. Sin causes all of this. Sins of the people, sins of the leaders. People eventually get the kind of government they deserve.

So Columbia’s new position is “most women must be believed”?

I don’t believe Tara Reade or Christine Blasey Ford. The seriousness of the charge is of no consequence if the person doing the charging is lying. In the case of Blasey Ford the charge wasn’t even particularly serious. Ditto Anita Hill, where banter than any normal human being would handle as routine, somehow made her go haywire.

Even if the Tara Reade incident never happened, Biden’s long history of academic plagiarism and dishonesty is on record. This is Columbia’s idea of a “leader, lawyer, fine example”??

For the LEFT, the only standards for behavior are ‘double standards’! If it benefits their progressive goals, it is good, otherwise it is not!

Three questions:

1. Is this his speech, or did he copy it?

2. Does he know where the camera will be?

3. Since this is Columbia Law School, will he be talking about, you know, the “thing?”

Isn’t Columbia University where Obama claims to be a graduate but no other graduates of the same time period recall seeing or knowing him there?? - a ghost student?? Did he also seal all his school records at Columbia as he did at Occidental Univ.???

So Columbia’s new position is “most women must be believed”?

Sure. Decades ago Mona Charen said "This wasn't The Year of the Woman as Time's cover story said. It was the year of the Democrat woman." Only pro-abortion,pro-union,pro-government expansion Democrat women were honored.

Note: I do NOT approve of Mona Charen who is listed among anti-Trump people as in Nat. Review slander issue against him.

So now believe women if they hurt conservative men.
