The last paragraph is interesting. He had only two weeks left in his admin but he wanted Comey to keep in touch I anything changes “in the next few weeks.”
Obama and his henchman Biden were directly coordinating this. Everyone knows it.
We need to squeeze Susan Rice.

What “by the book”?
Obama was changing departmental rules in the time between the 2016 November election loss and Trump getting sworn into office in January 2017.
Obama changed the rule book while he was saying this.

New rules issued by the Obama administration under Executive Order 12333 will let the NSA—which collects information under that authority with little oversight, transparency, or concern for privacy—share the raw streams of communications it intercepts directly with agencies including the FBI, the DEA, and the Department of Homeland Security, according to a report today by the New York Times.
But it does raise some interesting points; how did they know when Flynn was speaking to Kislyak, and why did they characterize it as unusual? Does anyone know how many times Flynn spoke to Kislyak during the transition?

the "by the book" phrase, in quotes, implies deception, in my opinion.
The New York Times reported this morning that the Obama administration has put into place new rules allowing the NSA to disseminate “raw signals intelligence information.” According to a 23-page, mostly declassified copy of the procedures, released today, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper signed the rules on Dec. 15 and Attorney General Loretta Lynch signed them on Jan. 3.
The book changed. It’s strictly a CYA comment meaning nothing.

If so, Comey must be Friedrich Kritzenger. Neither wanted to be there and neither supported the goals of the majority.

Truthseekers, Conservatives, Constitutionalists, readers, need to come up with a better prize for authors, which means something other than lying for the Progressive Project.
I read another post earlier that said they had been looking at Flynn long before he was even “masked” (because he had had a conflict with the Obama administration) and released this stuff before that because they wanted to get him out of revenge. Obama was big on revenge and destruction. So the “masking” came afterwards to make it look legit.

On a similar note: General Flynn contradicted the Obozo’s claim that ISIS was on the run as well as the Obozo’s cabal lying about the Benghazi massacre. Bongino sitting in for Mark Leven yesterday said this whole thing to frame Flynn started when the Obozo kicked out three Russian diplomats in order to get Flynn to make a call to the Russian ambassador, Kislyak. The FBI listened in on that call thus knew Flynn said nothing wrong. The FBI interviewing Flynn all of the unmasking of Flynn was a smoke screen to validate their fraudulent FBI investigation into the call of which the FBI already had recorded. Obozo wanted to exact revenge on Flynn for telling the truth thus discounting the lies Obozo was telling and his criminal cabal as well as it serving the coup criminals to frame and remove Trump.

Well, they don’t specify WHICH book.. could be Alinsky’s..
They all knew sh*t would possibly be found and de-classified. They thought Clinton was in the bag or care less and simply give Republicans the finger knowing full well they are immune throwing out the race or woman card for example.
The book she was referring to was Alinsky’s Rules For Radicals.
........ So ... They were seeking a FISA Warrant to monitor the calls that they were already monitoring?
