My first thought was, did he come up with this all by himself?
That said, I have occasionally referred to President Trump as the Commander-in-Tweet. :)

Trump will own it and make it gold within a week.

I actually think that one is pretty funny. (I also agree that it had to be some staffer who came up with it.)
Biden probably also uses an unprintable/unmentionable/dirty variation of that nickname, (like Tweety, but not), when he refers to the young female staffer (Tara Reade) who accused him of sexually/digitally assaulting her many years ago, in a crude, vulgar, unwelcome, and illegal manner, (as Joe's been known to do quite often, with many other females of all ages).

It’s not derogatory or sarcastic at all. In fact it fits him. Being a tweety was forced upon him to get his message out, which he’s very good at. It drives the left nuts because he’s bypassing the MSM. So in essence, it’s a compliment.

Trump will laugh that off. That’s the best Biden’s handlers could come up with?

Tweety always won. Could call him Sylvester back.

Actually it's a terrible name because it contains no insult. Trump tweets a lot.
So what? So do most young people. Very bad insult.

Biden and his handlers should actually given this a bit more thought; didn’t TWEETY BIRD always kick Sylvester’s (the cat) ass in the cartoons?

Yea for Tweeting. We get to read what Trump actually says. If he spoke to CNN or those others, all words would be twisted.
