Utah has decriminalized bigamy, which allows two people to marry while one or both of them is already married, to a crime carrying the same penalty as a traffic ticket.

Utah GOP Gov. Gary Herbert signed the bill into law in March and it has gone into effect today.
Republican state Sen. Deidre Henderson, who sponsored the bill, said Utah's previous law never kept people from maintaining polygamous relationships, it only pushed them into the shadows.

Mitt Romney is married to the Republican party with the Democrat party as his true love. He should be allowed to marry both. This way he can legally screw all Republicans and love the Democrats.

When the scotus made same sex marriage legal, I said back then that next will be bigamy. They effectively broadened the “legal” concept of marriage to include pretty much anything. They basically killed “marriage” as a legal term. It’s just too broad.
Of course, we still have marriage, just more at the religious/cultural world.

If man has three wives, and he gets $30,000 a year in SS, and dies, does the Federal government split it three ways for each wife?
