The autopsy report for Ahmaud Arbery, the 25-year-old who was fatally shot in a Georgia neighborhood, showed that he was shot three times, twice in the chest and once in the hand. The report also concluded Arbery did not have drugs or alcohol in his system, according to a copy of the report obtained by CBS News.
Gregory McMichael, 64, and his son Travis, 34, were charged with Arbery's murder 74 days after they chased, shot and killed him on February 23. The McMichaels told police they thought Arbery was a burglary suspect.
Arbery's family said he was out for a routine jog that day.

I stopped reading there. Standards of proof aren't what you wish them to be.
To those of you they may not have already read this, it’s education time.

Just THIS makes me give ZERO fvks for this "jogger" fidiot loser!
No record of any property break ins reported to police.
The property owner confirms Aubrey didn't take anything from the property or cause any damage.
The 911 caller exaggerated what was happening, to say the least.
Youre right. I was wrong. I now agree with you. The trespassing had nothing to do with the confrontation. The pursuit had nothing to do with the confrontation. Neither the trespassing nor the pursuit initiated the contact. On this we can agree The contact begin with the jogger.
You are absolutely right. Thank you for helping me see the facts here. The confrontation began with Arbery and his assault against the younger McMichael.
Re citizens arrest:
Maybe read this analysis from a real life lawyer if you can handle it:

Zimmerman followed Martin. With a gun.
Here's part of the Wikipedia account.
“About two minutes into the call, Zimmerman said, “he's running”.[51] The dispatcher asked, “He's running? Which way is he running?”[52] Noises on the tape at this point have been interpreted by some media outlets as the sound of a car door chime, possibly indicating Zimmerman opened his car door.[53] Zimmerman followed Martin, eventually losing sight of him.[51] The dispatcher asked Zimmerman if he was following him. When Zimmerman answered, “yeah”, the dispatcher said, “We don't need you to do that.” Zimmerman responded, “Okay.”[54] Zimmerman asked that police call him upon their arrival so he could provide his location.[51] Zimmerman ended the call at 7:15 p.m.
After Zimmerman ended his call with police, a violent encounter took place between him and Martin. It ended with Zimmerman fatally shooting Martin 70 yards (65 m) from the rear door of the townhouse where Martin was staying.”
Got it...thanks! Still not guilty IMHO. Everyone involved played a stupid game and won stupid prizes IMHO.
Do you know what? I agree with those argue that the McMichaels should have been charged. This is not an open and shut case. This is a homicide case and new details are being released almost daily.
But I really believe that just like Zimmerman. Just like Officer Wilson; the McMichaels will be exonerated and found not guilty.
The mother said he was on a routine jogging exercise. This is almost certainly false.
The question remains: why is a false narrative better than a truthful narrative?
That is a question deserving a truthful response.
;-)
Where was his car parked?
Yes, I agree.
The argument of false imprisonment rests on preventing him from leaving, but is that a felony? I don’t know. It seems to me the ‘citizen’s arrest’ situation is unclear. The law says something to the effect ‘witness or have immediate knowledge’ and it is not known how the defendants found out about the trespass. Did they have a video feed, or access to one? Would they have to have seen it real time to claim ‘immediate knowledge?’
Sure, just ask VT LT...he has all the answers.
Will it be the same FBI/DOJ team Obama left behind to get General Flynn and to destroy the Trump presidency?
Heres some more things I really believe. This case will not garner national attention for months and months like Trayvon and Ferguson. Obviously the coronavirus crisis will take front and center.
But even if the coronavirus was not pre-occupying all of our attention, there is another reason why this will not be blown up like Trayvon and Ferguson. And that reason is no more Barak OBastard.
He most certainly, most definitely had an adverse effect and caused much of the racial strife and the riots at Ferguson.
Nothing was there that was worth stealing.
The suspect ran right in front of the father. The fact that the father was aware of previous burglaries from that house, as apparently every other neighbor in the neighborhood was aware of, would mean that the crime was committed within his knowledge. The fact that the suspect was fleeing at full speed when he was yelled at by the neighbor is more than enough probable cause that he was committing a burglary, especially in light of the prior burglaries.
Good question? My kids were runners..one of mine ran a marathon.. this person inspecting that new construction does not show on his body he had jogged any distance at all. But there he was...
