It's On! PA Governor Wolf Declares War on his own citizens.
The Franklin County Journal ^ | May 11 2020 | Dwight D. Weidman

Posted on 05/11/2020 2:47:10 PM PDT by Ikemeister

The revolt by a dozen or more Pennsylvania counties who are opening up their businesses against the dictatorial edicts of Democrat Governor Tom Wolf has apparently thrown him into a blind rage, which was further exacerbated by a Tweet from President Trump in support of Pennsylvania patriots and a news conference by State Senator and gubernatorial aspirant Doug Mastriano, in which he called for the resignation of the incompetent Health Secretary Rachel Levine.

Wolf attacked business owners who reopen from coronavirus shutdowns before they are allowed and the politicians who have encouraged them, calling them “cowardly”, threatening serious consequences to both groups.

The People of Pennsylvania are standing up for their rights. If their State’s dictator resists the People, he should be deposed, whether by election, impeachment, or revolution. The People are sovereign, not any government or person.

This means the current House of Representatives will elect the Dem president, and kick off a civil war for a second time

In that highly unlikely circumstance, the new House of Representatives would choose the President. This has been true since the 20th Amendment was adopted in 1933.

".... Are public officials allowed to rule by edict or are we still a free people?...."

Gov. Wolf's treading on dangerous ground. He appears to want to become a petty, banana-republic dictator. The federal government has said the states can start opening again May 1st.

As a point of information, U.S. law provides penalties for any public official who uses his powers to deny citizens' rights under the Constitution. Penalties include fining, imprisoning, or death.

To wit:

"Section 242, Title 18, makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the U.S. Constitution or laws of the United States.

"The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life term, or the death penalty, depending upon the circumstances of the crime, and the resulting injury, if any."

Neither Gates nor Soros or the democRATS, whose thumbs he appears to be under, will suffer consequences of these hardline actions Wolf is taking. But Wolf will.

At some point if he pushes too hard and tries to use law enforcement or the National Guard like Inslee of Washington state is doing, to forcibly enforce his edicts, people will retaliate. The country is already divided over this issue. People are seeing their lives and livelihoods waste away and their economic futures thrown away. Virus or not, violence could break out. Blood could be shed.

Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner Jessica Altman stated that companies that ignore Wolf’s edicts could be jeopardizing their insurance coverage and putting themselves at risk of having their claims denied, adding that many policies have provisions that exclude coverage stemming from “illegal acts or conduct,” and could result in denied claims for property damage, protection from liability and other hazards should a business decide to reopen in violation of Wolf’s order.

This is another reason why Congress needs to include liability immunity for businesses in the next COVID19 relief bill.

What happens if you pour 10 gallons of gas down the tube? Make you think twice about popping off a round? Those fumes will be hell in a confined place 😃

What Wolf has done is deprive Pennsylvanian’s of their constitutional rights. It does not matter what powers he thinks he has, he cannot violate the US Constitution. He and every Rat like him need to pay for what they have done. No excuses.

If I might ask, where are you in PA? City, country? How do your neighbors feel about the way Wolf is acting?

Thinking forward to November.

Wolf wants to take away freedoms and wealth many of us worked a lifetime so someday we could retire. Now, he has the gall
to shove his liberalism down everyone’s throats.

This is all about Wolf having power. The Democrat Party should all cover their faces in shame. Wear a mask the rest of their lives.

Dauphin County. There are Trump flags and signs all over the place. My neighbors are pissed. Our county commissioners are Republicans and are beginning to stand up to Wolf. I’m not satisfied with them because their fingers have been in the air trying to figure out which way the public is leaning. Only now that people are pressuring them they feel compelled to stand against Wolf. They are not leaders. They haven’t been doing the right thing. So, not only are the people pissed at Wolf, they are pissed at the Commissioners.

It’s only a matter of time before one of these tyrant Democrat governors finds out that their armed guards and police force are no longer willing to protect them.

You can bet that the tyrants' guards are hand-picked for their loyalty.

But on the plus side, we outnumber the hell out of them. And when we get angry enough...

Blood could be shed

In my neck of the woods there are more guns than people. Make no doubt about it, if people are pushed too far, it could get ugly fast. It won't be like ghetto folks that burn their own neighborhoods.

Cut the supply lines and a tank becomes an outdoor ornament.
