During a press conference Monday, the Democratic governor addressed how coronavirus cases in the state are on a downward trajectory before labeling the virus as having originated in Europe rather than China.

Don’t know how you would know this. Comparing the deaths per million of NY and NJ, they are double the highest European countries of Spain Italy and the UK.
Whatever Cuomo did to flatten the curve, he didn’t do as well as those countries did, if it came from Europe.
