On January 5, 2017, there was a big meeting in the White House, and the subject of that meeting was what to do about General Michael Flynn.
This is important because it set off a chain of events, including a deliberate plant in the Washington Post of a story saying the FBI found no issues with Flynn’s conversations with the Russian Ambassador (ostensibly to put Flynn at ease) followed by the unorthodox visit to the White House and the attempt to set a perjury trap, the whole scaffolding and structure involving the FBI, DOJ, CIA, Obama White House built up to permanently silence General Flynn, which has come crashing down when the charges were dismissed.
This complete collapse outlines the fact that Obama was well aware of what was going to happen, and revealed publicly IN BILL PRIESTAP’S HANDWRITTEN NOTES that they were plotting against Flynn to trap him or get him fired.
Hence, Sally Yates bizarre email to herself that Obama wanted to do everything by the book.

Obama, Yates, Comey, then-CIA Director John Brennan and then-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, along with National Security Adviser Susan Rice and other members of the National Security Council, attended the meeting. Probably that POS Ciaramella (laughable whistleblower) was there as well.
And Biden was there too. that is probably what they are talking about.
