Today the republican majority is not judging the President Clinton with fairness, but impeaching him with the vengeance.
In the investigation of the President, fundamental principles which Americans hold dear, privacy, fairness, checks and balances have been seriously violated.
And why?
As we are here today, because the republicans in the House [of Representatives] are paralyzed with hatred of President Clinton. And until the republicans free themselves of this hatred our country will suffer.
I rise to oppose these unfair motions, which call for removal of the President of the United States from office, and in doing so wish to point out some differences between the investigation of the president and the investigation of Newt Gingrich.
The first principal of the investigation of Newt Gingrich was, that at the moment we found exculpatory information it will be reported immediately to the accused and be made public.
The independent counsel knew that the President was exonerated Travel Gate, White Water and File Gate and he held that information until the hearing, indeed after the election.
This was not fair, indeed it is the responsibility of any prosecutor to immediately release information that is exculpatory.

Lewinsky wasn’t the only witness bribed or threatened or coached to lie. The Clintons interfered in several of the investigations. Fornigate PROVED the tactic by the Clintons.

The speech she wished she never gave? The writer assumes some kind of sense of shame which Pelosi probably has never had. Any sense of shame has been burned out of this family generations ago.
A person with no conscience cannot experience regret or shame.
The only thing Nancy Pelosi wishes for is the complete elimination of everyone who does not agree with her.
These phony “reporters” demand Trump and his people address any contradiction, or apparent contraction, from years ago, but Nancy and the rest of the leftie crew get a pass.
He should have been impeached over the Chinese bag men carrying money to the White House and the missile technology transfer to China which jumped them ahead 20 years
The Republicans idiots that they are made a gross tactical error impeaching over the Lewinsky affair and the perjury. As disgusting as all that was oh, it was never going to resonate politically with a good chunk of the American people primarily Democrats of course.
I said that at the time and not changed my mind since.
The one thing that those not in agreement with anything that Nancy Pelosi says or does is her complete elimination of any activity having to do with public office.
