They’d have to actually refile it, re-indict, etc. Never happen.

conducted without any legitimate investigative basis.
That would seem to demand some accountability.

"I hope the good General and family can take a weeks vacation and then return to the field armored up and ready for Justice be be done."
I hope General Flynn has some decent security. I can see some loony leftie trying to take him out over the case being dismissed.

Consider this...
Michael Flynn's resignation was the first falling domino that led to Attorney General Jeff Sessions' recusal from the Russia investigation, which led to everything else that happened since.
Flynn resigned on February 13, 2017 over allegations that he spoke to Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak and didn't fully brief Vice President Pence about it.
On March 2, 2017, a little more than two weeks later, Jeff Sessions recused himself because he, too, spoke to Ambassador Kislyak and didn't mention it to the Senate Judiciary Committee during his confirmation hearing.
I'm saying that Kislyak was weaponized by the Democrats to take down any Trump appointee who spoke to him during the campaign or before his inauguration. Sessions would not have been challenged over his recollection of speaking to him had Flynn not been manipulated by the MSM to resign over "misleading" the Vice President.

Flynn has a better shot at malpractice suit against Covington and Berling. Boil them, in oil, and they have mucho dinero

I believe PDJT needs LTG Flynn to reorganize all 17 agencies within the IC community.

"Jensen worked fast! I am so happy."
I've been praying everyday since this all started that the truth would come out, and that the people responsible would be punished in this lifetime, not just the next. So far the Good Lord has answered my prayers, and we can only hope that he will guide John Durham and others to do what is right for the future of this country.

"Who is going to reimburse him for all the money he spent to defend himself from the bogus charges?"
The original law firm that represented him should do the right thing, and refund him every penny he gave them, but I'd rather he be able to sue them for collaborating with the prosecution, and sue the pants off them.

What did Covington Burling do for their client, Gen. Flynn, other than charge him $4.6 million and recommend that he plead guilty?
