The Supreme Court on Wednesday denied a request to halt an order Pennsylvania's governor entered in March to close businesses in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
The petitioners, a conservative political action committee and several businesses, told the justices that Gov. Tom Wolf's (D) executive order "has and is continuing to cause irreparable harm."

We either want States rights or we don’t. Which one is it?
Pennsylvania State Supreme Court, or SCOTUS?
In this instance the suit failed to meet the irreparable harm standard.
If the SCOTUS cannot see that the States are violating the Constitution, then the Constitution is DEAD!
It is therefore time for Militias to form and throw off tyranny.
We’re done as a Republic. The rest is just the pieces falling to the ground.
SCOTUS, most likely on a technicality that it had to go to the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court first. Good luck with that, PASC is stacked with leftist activists.
I'm guessing SCOTUS.
This is the way freedom ends
This is the way freedom ends
This is the way freedom ends
Not with a bang but a whimper.
It aint over yet!
I googled another article. It is SCOTUS.
There are cruise ships full of critics of the Roberts court on this site. But give them this: the court is restrained from overreach on a historic level.
In this case, PA will eventually reopen, and they will vote in November. If they don’t like the lock down, they can say so on Nov. 3.
Then its killin time.
Then its killin time.
State Supreme Court
Someone else said it is SCOTUS, so I guess I still am not sure. 8>)
If they dont like the lock down, they can say so on Nov. 3.
If they dont starve to death first.

Using that logic slavery would still be legal.
Both courts denied the request!!!
The US Supreme court wouldn’t hear the case. So the state court rules.
