A white NYPD cop who claims she was harassed by a black supervisor for dating an African-American man told an administrative judge on Monday that the cutting remarks left her "with a pit in my stomach.”
Officer Vanessa Weinbel’s boyfriend was not a member of the NYPD, but the white cop’s relationship with a black man incensed her black supervisor so much that the Queens lieutenant wouldn’t stop harping about it, Weinbel said.
Among the insults Weinbel claims she endured from Lt. Rasheena Huffman at Police Service Area 9 in Flushing was that black men only liked her because she looked like a “Kardashian chick” and that if she and her boyfriend had children their offspring would be “confused” and “messed up.
Weinbel said higherups did nothing about the abuse, so she filed a complaint within the department — and a still pending $15 million lawsuit in federal court.

However, she let her personal feelings interfere with her job as a supervisor...That is not right...She should have minded her own business...She should not have been so upset about who her subordinate is dating...
NYPD commissioner will decide what kind of punishment the black lady cop should get...

I got acquaintances in the black community and the story line goes like this...there ain’t that many good black guy catches and too often those ones end up dating white or PR women.
After knowing these acquaintances, can’t say I blame them :)
I could have quite a bit to say about all this, but I am going hold my tongue this time.
Well for me (I admire your perseverance) just. They’re both packing heat draw and shut up.
Blacks never seemed to think they couldn’t date non-blacks, yet those same hypocrites sure get upset if a non-black dates a black person that isn’t them.
Black women are the lowest-wanted demographic of women by men of all demographics.
There are multiple reasons for it. Most violent. Most mouthy. Easily offended. Prevalent demanding diva attitude. Prevalent me-first attitude. 85% overweight/obese demographic.
Black men are very familiar with how the average black woman is.
When I lived in Georgia there was a front page story about a parking lot attendant who got fired for writing “jungle fever” on the parking stub so he would remember the owner of the car. In a PC world very little is allowed. The supervisor should have known that, she probably helped create that world.
ALL groups of men are familiar with how the average black woman is. Thats why they are the lowest desired group of women for every male racial demographic.
These are many of the reasons.
Its all about the hair.
I find millennial white women to be the most irritating and useless. “Smash the Patriarchy!!!” how many freaking times do I have to hear that crap???
On the other side of this story, I don’t at all get the ‘Kardashian’ reference. Course I never watched their show but I have seen their pics. Why on earth is that the remark?
