How do they conduct such trials on humans? Are they the Gold Standard double-blind? Does it go like this?
DOCTOR: "OK, you 25 people line up over here. You are Group A.
And you 25 people line up over there. You are Group B.
The nurse will now give each of you an injection. One group will get the vaccine, the other group a saline solution.
The nurse will then infect each of you with COVID-19.
We'll publish the results in three weeks.
