EXCLUSIVE: U.S. Attorney for Connecticut John Durham has reviewed the bombshell files released earlier this week showing FBI officials discussed whether they wanted to interview Michael Flynn in order to “get him to lie,” sources familiar with his investigation told Fox News, as the document drop renews attention on his probe of the law enforcement community's Russia case.
Sources even said charges could be justified against officials, and that those reviewing the Justice Department and the FBI's actions are building a "serious case." Durham and Attorney General Bill Barr are said to be speaking regularly.
“Durham has seen all of this already,” one source told Fox News, adding that they “could be sufficient for some charges against agents.”
“It’s a crime to present under oath false or misleading information,” the source told Fox News. “Not to mention obstruction of justice.”
Another source also told Fox News that the files have been reviewed by Durham and Jeff Jensen, the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri who was tapped by the Justice Department in February to review the Flynn case specifically.
“They’re building a very serious case,” the second source told Fox News in reference to Durham's team.
Fox News has reached out to the Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI multiple times for comment on the Flynn files, but has not received a response.
Documents unsealed late Wednesday by the Justice Department revealed that top FBI officials openly questioned if their “goal” in interviewing Flynn in January 2017 was “to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired.”
The handwritten notes were penned by the FBI’s former head of counterintelligence Bill Priestap after a meeting with then-FBI Director James Comey and then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, and before Flynn’s interview.

But, consider the fact that this is shaping up to be a MASSIVE conspiracy involving MANY people at the highest echelons of DoJ and FBI......probably up to the White House. It takes time to unwind that tangled ball of string.
To build that case, and ensure you trap all those that need to be trapped, you follow all of the strings to their ends.....all of them.
Once you have it all, out goes the very large Paddy Wagon to collect the garbage.
The best we can hope for is long trials which bankrupt them and they get their pensions taken away thru administrative action.

Remember that any of the trials for these losers are going to be in the district of criminals which is a completely corrupt city run by Democrats and it’s going to be all Democrat juries
That being said the best we’re probably going to get his indictments and not convictions
but what we want to do is have the indictments all fall in the middle of summer and that the trials which will be salacious and full of proof that the Democrats did lie cheat extort and tried it illegal remove this president will occur in the Fall. Right before the election so all the Democratic morons will have to see a day after day on their precious CNN and MS NBC

If a firecracker exploded every time the worn-out exclamations of "bombshell!", or "BOOM!", or even 'tick-tock' were used, the Earth would have been turned into gravel by now.
Some of these cases might be prosecuted in other jurisdictions, too -- like the Southern District of New York, the Northern District of Virginia, etc.
Trump needs to fire a shot at Barr, Wray, the DOJ, and the FBI, and OBAMA.

I will consider it a victory if by squeezing baker, and him ratting out the crew, that some more will cop a plea, and rat out a few more further up the line.

Agree completely, however there is absolutely no need to have air tight evidence on every single person involved in this treasonous conspiracy BEFORE any indictments are issued; more importantly, there has been OVERWHELMING EVIDENCE sufficient to indict Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Page, Brennan, and Clapper for months, if not years. Start the perp walks and watch the dominoes fall... the problem is former AG Magoo and the current Bagpipe Bill haven't even bothered to start the process.
