National Archives Admin Refutes Joe Biden: Tara Reade’s Alleged Complaint Wouldn’t Go to Our Records

The National Archives and Records Administration on Friday disputed former Vice President Joe Biden’s claim that the record of a sexual harassment complaint allegedly made by former staffer Tara Reade would be in its possession.

Nicole Einbinder ✔ @NicoleEinbinder Joe Biden said that Tara Reade's complaint could only be at the National Archives, at what was then called the Office of Fair Employment Practices. But, a National Archives spokesperson told me that they do not hold records from that office.

Trump should issue an executive order indemnifying and releasing any congressional harassment victim from any non-disclosure clause for hush money payments to victims of senators or representatives.

Not sure if that could be done via executive order per se, but he could limit the justice department's participation in any federal case brought by a congressperson for violation of said non-diclosure.
