The real question is how much of their arsenal is cheap Chinese crap with a high degree of failure.
We figured out in January it came from the Wuhan biolab, no surprise.
He is and has been the Director of NIAID for 36 years.
It's one of the National Institutes of Health. He's not NIH Director.
It stands for National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Disease.
A 36 year fiefdom of $5 billion a year. And he had nothing when this came.

Re-establish full diplomatic relations with Taiwan.
Announce that the United States doesn’t object to Japan and South Korea going nuclear.
Recall our Ambassador for consultations.
Those will do for a start.

It’s not the supposition that is news. It’s Trump saying he has seen evidence that gives him “a high degree of confidence” of it.
Now the MSM has to spin it and spin hard. It’s quite the shot across their bow.
That they got a nickel is a crime but 3.7 million is pocket change for the CCP and its biowarfare industry.
Trump is effectively blocked from taking decisive action. Look at one scenario:
Boeing has a large operation in China. If Trump threatens serious action, China puts the squeeze on Boeing, then Boeing puts the squeeze on Lindseed Graham in S.C. where Boeing has a big plant.
See how that works? How many other unreliable Senate Pubbies would get with the program like this?
Unless Trump has intel that nails the ChiComs (better than Colon Powell’s UN WMD presentation), he is handcuffed - until after the election.
