Nevadas month-old stay-at-home order, set to expire Thursday at midnight, will be extended two weeks to May 15, though some coronavirus restrictions will be eased starting Friday, Gov. Steve Sisolak ordered Wednesday.
The governor announced the move early Wednesday evening. While the stay-at-home order remains in place, along with a limit on public gatherings to fewer than 10 people, the following will be relaxed:
All retail businesses, including those previously deemed nonessential, will be allowed to operate under a curbside commerce model similar to curbside pickup now allowed for restaurants and eateries. This includes curbside sales for retail marijuana dispensaries, which have been limited to only delivery orders since mid-March.
Places of worship can have drive-up religious services, as long as people stay in their vehicles and maintain social distancing parameters with people who are not part of their household.
Nevadans can once again play golf, pickleball and tennis as long as they do it safely and in a way that prevents the spread of COVID-19.

Someone must be paying Sisolak to put Vegas “out of business!”
Sisolak is clearly playing politics when the only governors he is associating with at this time are democrats. Bipartisanship is not in his playbook. As for the experts and science and data he claims to be following, which he appears to be keeping a big secret, I would expect all of it to be tainted by political ideology, not on what truly is in the best interests of the citizens of the state of Nevada.
Somehow it’ll benefit harry reed and his family.
What uncertain times?
Xi meatpuppet Sisolak, performing for his Chinese Coummunist Party masters like an organ grinder’s monkey.
In my county of 100,000 we have had 16 positive tests from a bit over 1600 tests, 12 of the 16 are recovered, and one is dead. 3 cases left. 3.
Wtf? There are NO cases in NV for gawd sakes
“I’ll only put the head of it in...”
Well ain't that just ducky! Temperatures in Las Vegas will be in the nineties this week and soon will be in the triple digits. So if you attend a drive-in church service and you want to avoid dying of heatstroke, you'll have to run your car air conditioner, which will run down your battery.
Sounds like my SC goovenair.
Jobs lost, businesses lost, families destroyed.
We are faced with the Covid 19 viral disease of which the understanding of it’s effects, treatment and eradication are uncertain
The insistence on certainty excludes solutions
viruses can not be stopped and they certainly are not stopped by telling healthy people and children to stop living life....
its amazing how the fearper contingent has disappeared on FR now that its all proved to be a political stunt with the background of a virus....
if anyone looks like a mafia don its Sisolaking...
What would happen if a Casino defied orders and opened along with lots of advertising...lots of giveaways, prizes, free drinks...would the National Guard be brought in? Theyve already let criminals out of jail, so thousands of employees and customers surely wouldnt be locked up. Somebody, somewhere has to stage a rebellion if Patriots want to defeat agenda 30.
Tomorrow is May 1st and Idaho is entering Phase One of opening up. The people here have had it with this nonsense. In Bonner County where I live there have been 4 positives (who probably caught it in Washington), one hospitalization, and zero deaths. In Boundary County to the north there have been zero zero zero. We have a RINO governor.
What???
What kind of nonsense is this....?
Just got an email from COSTCO that NOW they are requiring masks of all customers.
Answered back that they quit the stupid virtue signalling. Am off to Smith’s and Wal-Mart.
See ya.
So glad we have been promoted to “Phase Zero” for shutting down our lives and being placed in house arrest.
