Good post!
Thanks for the detail There’s lots of interaction going on for sure.
Yes, that’s what I know too but what I didn’t know so well but learned recently is that our red meats are not as Zinc rich as they should be unless they are organic.
Because we on average consume a lot of red meat, our diets should be Zinc rich but they are in fact Zinc poor.
Those of us who consume a lot of fresh seafood are better off.
In any event, Dr. Zelenko accounted for all this with his HCQ + Zn + ZPak regimen. He’s brilliant!
The best way to achieve optimal zinc levels is to consume two to three servings of these zinc foods per day:
1. Lamb
3 ounces: 6.7 milligrams (45 percent DV)
Lamb is a rich source of many vitamins minerals. In addition to zinc, lamb contains vitamin B12, riboflavin, selenium, niacin, phosphorus and iron.
2. Pumpkin Seeds
1 cup: 6.6 milligrams (44 percent DV)
Pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seed oil are shown to be a key food for maintaining health in post-menopausal women. Pumpkin seeds are also good for prostate health, and they promote your mental health.
3. Hemp Seeds
1 ounce: 5 milligrams (34 percent DV)
Not only are hemp seeds rich in zinc, but they are an excellent source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which have beneficial effects on your cardiovascular system and helps to keep inflammation at bay.

Grass-fed beef nutrition includes omega-3 fatty acids and conjugated linoleic acid, a powerful polyunsaturated fatty acid that has been shown to helps reduce the risk of heart disease, improve blood sugar, discourage weight gain and build muscle.
5. Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans)
1 cup: 2.5 milligrams (17 percent DV)
Chickpeas, like all legumes, are a form of complex carbohydrates that the body is able to slowly digest and use for energy. Studies show that chickpeas increase satiety and help with weight loss. They also improve digestion by quickly moving foods through the digestive tract.
6. Lentils
1 cup: 2.5 milligrams (17 percent DV)
Lentils are known for their health-promoting effects, as they are rich in polyphenols and micronutrients, including zinc. Lentils serve as a plant-based protein, making them an excellent zinc rich food for vegetarians.
7. Cocoa Powder
1 ounce: 1.9 milligrams (13 percent DV)
Cocoa powder is a good source of two flavonoids, epicatechin and catechin, which function as antioxidants that help prevent inflammation and disease. Because of the presence of flavonoids in cocoa powder, it helps improve blood flow and lower blood pressure, too.
8. Cashews
1 ounce: 1.6 milligrams (11 percent DV)
Cashews are rich in unsaturated fatty acids and high in protein. Cashews nutrition helps fight heart disease, reduce inflammation, promote bone health and support healthy brain function. These nuts help with weight loss or maintenance because they make you feel fuller and curb food cravings. Plus, cashews have a good zinc to copper ratio, to help ensure that both of these minerals stay in balance.
9. Kefir or Yogurt
1 cup: 1.4 milligrams (10 percent DV) (values vary)
Kefir and yogurt are cultured dairy products that serve as probiotic foods. Both kefir and probiotic yogurt support healthy digestion, boost the immune system, promote cardiovascular health and regulate your mood.

“it is the Hydro-Stop-Covid-19 Trial , on the early administration of hydroxychloroquine . The “principal investigator” is Procolo Marchese , from the cardiology department of the “Mazzoni” hospital in Ascoli Piceno”
Once again, THAT IS THE POINT -— THE EARLY ADMINISTRATION OF HYDROXYCHLOROQUINE. Every successful doctor, from Dr. Vladimir Zelenko to Dr. Stephen Smith have been emphasizing this. The point is to PREVENT hospitalization, especially intubation.
Notice though, how a lot of the so-called studies that concluded that hydroxychloroquine was NOT effective, applied it to HOSPITALIZED patients. The NIH sponsored study in fact applied it to patients on the late stage of their disease. These are designed, not to replicate the successful cases, but to FAIL.”

Im watching Fox right now. They and their guests are lamenting on the high number of deaths at nursing homes.... BUT NO ONE IS ASKING WHY???...
I feel that many of these poor nursing home folks died from LACK OF IMMEDIATE and PROPER TREATMENT!!!!
No one is asking this question, because they dont want to hear the answer.>>> squarely on the medical profession.. They have no idea what they are doing and too haughty to admit they need help. Or just can think on their feet. They are just practicing. Killed over 1000 here in PA. Involuntary manslaughter.
I’m taking no chances.
So you bought into the govs propaganda? The UKs NHS apologized for their low fat diet advice. Said the probably killed people with it. So far the US is doubling down on dumb.
The answer might be that this is the "final solution" to the Social Security/Medicare "problem".
No sure of your report that red wine is a significant source of zinc. The figures I’ve looked up indicate that for a typical serving size of 4 fl oz (or 119 g) the amount of Zinc is 0.16 mg. That’s only about 1% of RDA for an adult man.
zinc in wines;
http://www.dietandfitnesstoday.com/zinc-in-wine.php
Zinc ionophores (zinc uptake transport molecules): HCQ , quercetin supplement (say 400 mg), ECGC, green tea, elderberries, blueberries.
If using a zinc supplement, take the zinc supplement either as a lozenge or as zinc picolinate or zinc gluconate. Good absorption.
You need a low stomach PH (that is, you need acid in your stomach) to dissolve/absorb zinc and older people are often a bit low in that department. A little apple cider vinegar can help.
I love that guy. He is a virus warrior.
I follow my inherited genes evolved over couple of million years. Try to determine what our ancestors ate and their physical activities. Meat was never the main diet. If it was, like every other carnivore we would have protruding canine teeth and our bowel length would be small. Dogs, cats, tigers, lions have much shorter small bowel length because it is easier to digest meat than vegetarian material. Our small bowel length is closer to herbivores.
Our ancestors did not have guns, or good quality bow and arrows. It was not easy to kill an animal for food such as a dear or rabbit or fowl. But occasionally they got lucky and killed one. Other times their diet was fruits and root vegetables and some edible leaves which were not bitter. Agriculture growing grains is only 15,000 years old = 0.6% of human gene evolution.
But the one thing our ancestors did a lot was walk every day. And they did not eat all day long. Eating was sporadic at best.
So, based om 99.4% of our gene evolution, my calorie intake is all done within a 8 hour period, fasting the other 16 hours. My diet is omnivorous. Little bit of everything. In order of quantity Whole grains, beans, vegetables, meat, fruits, poultry and fish.
And nothing is more important in my daily routine than the treadmill every other day, for 30 minutes, set at 3 deg up-slope moving at 22 min/mile speed. On the other alternate days just a fast walk for 30 minutes first thing in the morning.
Result is I am at age 80, need zero medications, have zero pain in any joint or muscles, resting heart rate under 65. I weigh 152 lbs on a 5-8” frame.
Quercetin can work to drive zinc into cells.
Exactly. The deliberate effort to conflate giving high doses of HCQ to patients who were already very sick, with giving a low dose to a patient as early in the disease’ progression as possible is maddening.
Tne media and the Democrat party, but I repeat myself, would rather thousands die than Trump be right, again.
Explain please what is Quercetin and where do you get it.
